Success Story: FOUNDED IN 2000, SCI Gov Services was a major player in the Capital Improvement Program for the Port of Seattle at Sea-Tac International Airport and other large-scale civil/transportation projects in the Pacific NW. Our services stand alone as part of individual projects, or they can be combined with comprehensive packages governing an entire project from start to finish. Our work is in full view of anyone who travels in and out of Sea-Tac Airport. SCI were key project management leaders for the Sea-Tac Airport Third Runway, Comprehensive Storm Water Management Program, and the Parking Garage Floor Count, which uses video cameras to inform drivers about the number of available spots and eases airport “parking rage” (New York Times/Associated Press, June 2008). SCI was the prime Construction Management team for the $100 Million 2008–2011 Sea-Tac Airport Airfield Capital Development Program and was the prime Project Management team for the new Consolidated Rental Car Facility at Sea-Tac Airport ($400M)
